Getting Prepared For Your Class
What To Bring
A Pilates or Yoga mat (we have some available if you forget!)
A bottle of water
Comfortable clothing you can move freely in
Grip socks, totally optional but they can help with stability. We’ll have some available to purchase if you’d like a pair!
Before Your Class
Please arrive at least 5 minutes before your class
Please let us know if you have any health concerns or injuries. Always consult a doctor beforehand if you are unsure
First timer? - don’t worry, there will be adaptations and modifications for every movement
Doors will close at the start time to ensure a calm, focused environment
There’s limited parking available directly in front of the hall (space for 4–5 cars). These will fill up quickly!
Please do not park on Church Fields – it’s a private drive and you will be asked to move.
Good news: both The Fish and The Three Horseshoes pubs (just a 2-minute walk away) have kindly said you’re welcome to park there. It's free, and honestly — a short stroll is the perfect warm-up before class!

Meet Your Instructor
Hannah Maddams holds a Level 3 Diploma in Mat-Based Pilates and brings a warm, uplifting energy to every class. With a degree in Sport & Exercise Science and a background as a Sports Massage Therapist, Hannah has always been passionate about movement, performance, and wellbeing
Her journey into Pilates began through her love of sport , especially netball and running — and quickly grew into a deeper appreciation for how Pilates can build strength, confidence, and balance both physically and mentally
Now fully qualified, Hannah is excited to create a welcoming space where everyone feels at ease, enjoys the process, and builds strong foundations through fun, focused movement

Absolutely! Pilates is designed to be accessible for adults of all ages, whether you're 18 or 80+. Each class offers modifications so you can move at your own pace and build strength, mobility, and confidence no matter your experience level.

Please aim to arrive at least 5 minutes early to get settled. The doors will close when the class begins to ensure a peaceful, uninterrupted experience for everyone.

Don’t worry — we have a few mats available to borrow on a first come, first served basis.

Please give at least 24 hours notice if you wish to cancel or reschedule. This gives us enough time to offer your spot to someone else. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will not be refunded or rescheduled.
